SAFETY & INNOVATION

Our process starts with land acquisition. When searching for properties for our new projects, our main objective is to locate a property with as many amenities within a 5-minute walk to the new site. We look for grocery stores, parks, bus routes, everyday amenities.

Once a property is chosen, we start the design work with architects and engineers using the ICF building process (Insulated Concrete Forms). This system provides a 13” wall assembly between outside walls and interior units. 2.5” of insulation on the outside, 8” of structurally reinforced concrete in the middle and 2.5” of insulation on the inside, along with highly efficient electric forced air heating and cooling via our Magic Pack furnace, provides an affordable heating and cooling concept.

The advantage of using ICF over more traditional construction methods such as steel, wood, or metal is many. ICF and concrete are more energy efficient in both winter and summer. It can retain heat in the winter and stay cool in the summer, providing a year-round comfortable living area. As well as excellent energy efficiency, the sound quality provided by the ICF wall system is much more effective compared to other mainstream building materials.
