Situated in the always sought-after north-end of St.Catharines, Walker’s Creek Condos was a welcome addition to the city when it was built in 2014. Walker’s Creek and the trail system ran along the east side of the building which allowed for 25 of the 44 suites to have ravine and treed views. The convenience of the location was a major feature as well as residents were able to stroll for a coffee (at Starbucks, Tim Horton’s or one of the diners in the area), to Sobey’s, the bank (there are several within a short stroll), the hardware store (Home Hardware) and many other retail options.

With 35 two-bedroom suites and 9 one-bedroom suites, we were able to offer a wide variety of floorplans with 7 different layouts in total. As the first building in the city to be built with Insulated Concrete Forms, this attractive condo residence garnered strong attention in the marketplace.
