Niagara Innovative Living is a group of individuals who live and work in the Niagara Region. The group is committed to designing and constructing mid-rise residential condominiums throughout Niagara utilizing building products that provide long term value, energy efficiency, safety and security throughout the building as well as creating a new lifestyle for the homeowners.
Niagara Innovative Living Inc’s first project was a three-Storey, 39 suite condominium called Stamford Village in Niagara Falls which was selected by the Niagara Home Builder Association for their Project of the Year Award in 2010. Since then, Niagara Innovative Living has constructed and completed 2 other projects. 44-unit Walkers Creek Condo’s on Scott St. in St. Catharines and 27-unit Fairview Condos on Wood St. in St. Catharines. The group is currently constructing their newest project, 33-unit Mapleview Terrace Condos on South Pelham in Welland and, a new project coming soon on the shores of Lake Erie, Waverly Beach Condos.

our unique process
Once a property is chosen, we start the design work with architects and engineers using the ICF building process (Insulated Concrete Forms). This system provides a 13” wall assembly between outside walls and interior units. 2.5” of insulation on the outside, 8” of structurally reinforced concrete in the middle and 2.5” of insulation on the inside, along with highly efficient electric forced air heating and cooling via our Magic Pack furnace, provides an affordable heating and cooling concept.
The advantage of using ICF over more traditional construction methods such as steel, wood, or metal is vast.
